Hot Properties centers on four unpredictable women working together in a Manhattan real estate office. Ava (Gail O'Grady) runs the firm and is in love with her much younger husband who doesn't know her real age. Chloe (Nicole Sullivan) is a self-help book junkie who just wants a guy who will remember her after their first date. Lola (Sofia Vergara) is recently divorced after being married to a gay man. And Emerson (Christina Moore) is a rich socialite who has never worked a day in her life but joined the firm after she learned her fiancé was unfaithful.
