The Eclipse - Part 1

Matt, Hiro and Ando team up together and follow Daphne to her hometown of Lawrence, Kansas to discover what she's been hiding. Meanwhile, Nathan and Peter Petrelli travel together to Haiti in search of the only man that can stop their father from destroying the world, the Haitian.
Shades of Gray
When Sylar comes face-to-face with his long lost father, the reunion proves to be what he least expected. Elsewhere, after receiving a tip from "Rebel," Claire must decide if she will help her sworn enemy, Eric Doyle, evade capture. Meanwhile, as "The Hunter" plans to uncover the Petrelli family's secrets and take control of Nathan's operation, Matt finds himself in the spotlight and on the verge of leveling Capitol Hill.
Into Asylum
Now that Nathan's ability has been revealed and he has lost control of his operation, he and Claire go into hiding in Mexico. With Emile Danko now in control of the government operation, his plan to destroy everyone with abilities is set into motion as he teams up with an unlikely partner. Meanwhile, Angela and Peter seek refuge in a church and begin to mend their broken relationship.
Trust and Blood
After several unexpected events, the heroes are on the run from Nathan Petrelli. Matt paints a series of prophetic images, that reveal the fate of someone close to him. Meanwhile, Sylar searches for his father and meets an outcast with abilities of his own.
Dying Of The Light
Knox and Daphne bring Hiro into the Pinehearst fold, and give him an assignment to bring in Usutu from Africa. With Angela and the Company paralyzed by recent events, Peter goes straight to Pinehearst for some answers. He is confronted by his father who steals all his powers and holds him captive. Meanwhile, Claire and Sandra attempt to free Meredith from the thrall of Doyle who has the ability to take mental and physical control of people. After they are all captured and subjected to Doyle's games, they manage to escape. Later, Nathan brings Tracy to Suresh hoping he can explain their abilities. Suresh takes them captive hoping to use them as test subjects to unlock the secrets of their powers.
Our Father
Hiro and Claire work together, going back in time 16 years to when Kaito gave baby Claire to H.R.G, to find a way to stop Arthur. Meanwhile, Peter and the Haitian also work together to finish off Arthur Petrelli, but are interrupted by Sylar. Elsewhere, Suresh has a major breakthrough with a formula that will change everything.
Dual
In the aftermath of the showdown against Arthur Petrelli, the Petrelli brothers find themselves battling against one another. With the help of some villains, Peter defeats Nathan and destroys most of the serum, dousing Suresh in it. When Pinehearst goes up in flames, Peter injects himself with the last of the serum, regaining his powers, and saves Nathan and himself. In defeat, Nathan makes a move that will have global repercussions when he reveals to the President the existence of people with powers and gets him to agree to hunt them down. Meanwhile, Sylar holds Claire, H.R.G., Meredith and Angela hostage at Primatech trying to make them confront their inner monsters. Just when Sylar seems to have the upper hand, Claire manages to kill him. Matt, Ando, and Daphne rescue Hiro from the past with Ando being imbued with powers.
It's Coming
After a strike against Hiro and Ando in Africa, Arthur Petrelli gets Knox and Flint to look for his son Peter and granddaughter Claire. Nathan is shocked to find out that his father is alive and leading a charge towards worldwide destruction. Meanwhile, Sylar has a charged confrontation with Elle, and Suresh starts testing his new formula. Later, Matt attempts to wake Angela.
Angels and Monsters
Claire attempts to take down her first target, Stephen Canfield, an escapee with the ability to create black holes. She ends up trying to help him rather than hurt him until Noah intervenes. Noah tries to use him to kill Sylar but Canfield ends up turning his powers on himself, an action that potentially ruins Claire's relationship with her father. Meanwhile, Peter flees from the destruction in the future, only to discover how the experience has changed him. Hiro tries becoming friends with Daphne and new associate Knox, much to Ando's disappointment as they convince Hiro to kill Ando in order to join them. Later, Suresh's urge to correct his errors puts Maya in extreme danger when he turns on her. Linderman advises Nathan to stick by Tracy. Linderman is revealed to be an illusion crafted by Matt's father, unbeknown to the heroes. In Africa, Matt sees the future and his potential relationship with Daphne destroyed.
I Am Become Death
Peter resolves to prevent an earth-shattering end whatever the cost. He takes on Sylar's dark, unwieldy ability in order to save the world, gambling that the ensuing hunger to kill won't destroy him. Hiro and Ando set out to uncover the identity of the Villain who hired Daphne, and must consult with Adam Monroe. H.R.G. plots to get rid of his new partner, Sylar. Meanwhile, Claire hits the road after one of the Villains from H.R.G.'s old files. Suresh gives in to his burgeoning impulses. Linderman and Molly return in unexpected manners, and a new romance ignites two of the heroes.
Turn and Face the Strange
As Danko spearheads the government operation, someone close to him is put in the line of fire. HRG's life continues to spiral out of control and his marriage is dangerously close to the breaking point. Meanwhile, Hiro and Ando continue their road trip with a special delivery for Matt Parkman. Elsewhere, Angela Petrelli unearths the demons of her past.
I am Sylar
Sylar continues his unusual partnership and begins to have an unexpected identity crisis. Hiro and Ando take measures towards bringing down building 26. Meanwhile, Matt's new found fatherhood changes his priorities. Elsewhere, Nathan sets a plan in motion to right the wrongs of his government operation.
Exposed
After receiving a tip from "Rebel," Matt and Peter race to "Building 26" to rescue Daphne and recover files that will expose the government's plans for those with abilities. Claire's mother helps her smuggle Alex out of the city. As Sylar and Luke continue their road trip, Sylar begins to have memories of his father that lead him to the truth about his mother. Meanwhile, "The Hunter" puts his own agenda into action with an explosive surprise for one of our heroes.
The Second Coming
In the future Claire has turned bad and all those with powers are on the run. Peter confronts Claire and promises her he will prevent Nathan from revealing their existence and undo the past to save her. Peter is revealed to be Nathan's shooter. Sylar escapes and attacks Claire, finally gaining her powers. Meanwhile, in Tokyo, Hiro and Ando are charged with protecting a family secret that could split the planet apart, and discover that the path to the future starts with Daphne, a Speedster who steals half a formula that can destroy the earth if made whole. Thanks to Maya, Suresh makes a breakthrough, a serum that can grant powers. He tests it on himself and gains super strength.
A Clear and Present Danger
The heroes put the past behind them and begin new lives. Now powerless, Hiro tries to train Ando to be a true superhero. Suresh returns to life as a taxi driver. Peter is still saving lives as an EMT and Daphne and Matt try to be a normal couple. Claire's attempt at a regular life gets cut short when she finds a deadly plot by Nathan to find and capture people who have abilities. Nathan captures the familiar heroes with the help of the Hunter. When they are put on a plane to be sent to a holding facility Claire attempts a rescue. In the ensuing fight, the plane goes down just as Claire discovers Noah Bennet is co-piloting the plane and is involved in rounding up her friends. Meanwhile, Sylar starts looking for his real parents.
One of us, One of Them
Four villains, Knox, Flint, The German and Jesse (with Peter imprisoned inside) break into a bank and take hostages. Angela sends H.R.G. and his new partner, Sylar, in after them. Meanwhile, Hiro and Ando track Daphne and part of the formula to Germany but run into some trouble with The Haitian. Tracy Strauss leaves Washington, D.C. to search for answers about Niki, while a distraught Claire asks Meredith to teach her how to fight. Suresh finds himself unprepared when his experiment yields unexpected results.
Building 26
Homeland Security starts an investigation under orders from the President of the United States, that may expose Nathan's plans. Sylar and Luke take a road trip to try and find Sylar's father, but are hunted by Nathan's agents. Claire tries to protect a young man with abilities from being captured by HRG, while Matt's prophetic images lead Hiro and Ando to India.
Cold Snap
HRG convinces Emile Danko, to release Tracy from "Building 26," in hopes that she will lead them to "Rebel." When Tracy learns Rebel is Micah, Tracy helps him escape. As Angela evades capture, she turns to an old friend for help. In Los Angeles, Hiro and Ando continue on their latest mission from "Rebel" to protect Matt Parkman's baby. Matt takes Daphne to the hospital, but is unable to save her.
1961
As Nathan, Claire, Peter and H.R.G. help Angela uncover her past, she reveals the dark secrets that have haunted her for years. Meanwhile, Mohinder learns of his father's involvement in a long forgotten government operation.
The Eclipse - Part II
The eclipse continues to effect the Heroes' powers, as Elle and Sylar face off against H.R.G. while Claire struggles for her life after being shot. Peter and Nathan meet up with the Haitian to battle Baron Samedi, the Haitian's evil brother. In defeating him, Nathan comes to a decision to join his father at Pinehearst to help change the world and protect it powers in the hands of evil. Meanwhile, Ando, Sam and Frack all work hard to get Hiro's memory back with the help of the "9th Wonders" comic books.
The Butterfly Effect
Angela confronts her son, Peter. First, Sylar declares war on the Company by attacking their headquarters, and finds a lot more than he expected on Level 5. During a battle with Elle, Twelve savage criminals escape. Meanwhile, Claire discovers that, after Sylar's attack, she is unable to feel pain, the one thing that made her feel human. Determined to reclaim his family's secret, Hiro and Ando follow Daphne to Paris. Suresh is thrilled to find his research, his life and his relationship with Maya evolving. But the powers he gained continue to transform him and he fears what he is becoming. Meanwhile, Matt finds a guide to help him through the Sahara.
Eris Quod Sum
Nathan and Tracy fight for their lives against Suresh, to free themselves, Maya and the doctor's other "test subjects." Elle returns with her powers out of control and partners with Claire to find out more about Pinehearst. Angela reaches out from her coma to convince Sylar to save Peter from the clutches of their father but Sylar is seemingly convinced by the senior Petrelli to join them. He punctuates his decision by tossing Peter out of the window to what should have been his death. Meanwhile, Daphne is ordered by her boss to kill Matt or be killed herself. Unable to kill him, Matt uses his illusion casting powers to trick Knox into thinking he killed them both. Finally, Hiro continues to question Usutu's advice on how to face his opponents. The heroes begin to come together when Nathan and Tracy join Claire and Elle, as Nathan decides to take on Pinehearst and his father at their door.
Villains
Through his spirit walk, Hiro follows respected businessman Arthur Petrelli days before he "died," to find out what caused him to create Pinehearst, and also what drove him to strike at Angela. Later, Sylar might have stopped his deadly pursuit of other people's abilities, if H.R.G. and Elle had moved away from their assignment to see how he ticked. Finally, under Thompson's wing, Meredith sees her new life go away, following her brother's arrival.
Cold Wars
While being held hostage, HRG is subjected to Matt Parkman's unique brand of interrogation, revealing how he became involved with Nathan's government plot to capture those with abilities. Meanwhile, Matt's discoveries bring Peter face-to-face with "The Hunter."
An Invisible Thread
Nathan faces off against Sylar to keep him from meeting the President. Sylar has his own plans for his new partner. Meanwhile, Hiro learns that there are repercussions to regaining his ability. Elsewhere, Matt is forced to go to extraordinary lengths to protect his future with his family.
