Two decades after the last episode of Cheers, "Where Everybody Knows Your Name" still resonates as the best TV theme song, according to readers of TV Guide Magazine. The mag asked readers to help them find the 60 best themes since the dawn of television, and some of the choices may surprise you.
Of course, Cheers' theme being on the list isn't too much of a shocker - it was actually featured in several other shows on the list as a joke or reference and some of its episodes are considered the best of all time. TV Guide also rated the show the 18th greatest in a recent list.

The Top 10 TV Shows That Should Be Brought Back, Rebooted Or Just Re-Run
TV remakes are either hit-or-miss, but with hollywood lacking many new ideas (seems like every other show is a crime drama or takes place in a hospital these days) we've thought of a few classic shows that we think would make the cut and stick around for a while -- if they're done correctly.
There are a number of old shows from the 70s and 80s that have been brought back in recent years, some with all new casts and edgier than their predecessors, and others featuring some of the original cast members. Others were revamped entirely, and some casting decisions killed a couple before they wer...

Anatomy Of A TV Season: The Hits & Misses
It’s almost May Sweeps, and season finales will be upon us faster than the networks can cancel soaps. Let’s break it down, network by network, of what succeeded – and what flopped – this TV season.
NBC
Let’s start with the weakest network. After the ‘Jay Leno Show’ debacle last season, NBC is still scrambling to find original programming that will net decent ratings.
‘Law & Order: Los Angeles’ has proved a disappointment, as evidenced by its massive overhaul and return to floundering ratings. The comedy ‘Outsourced’ is on the bubble, and shows such as ‘Chase’ and ‘Undercovers’ bombed ...

She's now turning thirty this year, and her roles since then have included 3rd Rock From The Sun and Mad Men.
