While the Flintstones and the Rubbles vacation in Rockapulco, Fred decides to don an elaborate mustache and pose as a "local." As a result, he ends up being the unwitting accomplice of a pair of jewel thieves. Ultimately, however, Fred becomes a hero...except in his own home town of Bedrock.
