This week's Community begins like previous episodes, on Monday morning as Dean Pelton addresses students over the PA, this time to remind them of Friday's unveiling of a statue of Glendale Community College's most famous alumni, actor Luis Guzman.

John Oliver's Dr. Ian Duncan catches Jeff in the hallway and asks him if he and Britta are dating. Jeff says she's off limits and Dr. Duncan gets an opportunity to rep for Fawlty Towers, often cited by Brits on the Internet to be the best sitcom ever. Tom Cruise suffered another red-faced TV appearance on Friday night - after he was forced to sing and was quizzed about his flatulence habits by controversial British host Jonathan Ross.

Cruise appeared on disgraced U.K. TV personality Ross' comeback chatshow - which returned to British screens after a three month hiatus.

Ross was suspended by bosses at the BBC after he and comic Russell Brand were slammed for leaving "grossly offensive" voicemail messages on former Fawlty Towers star Andrew Sachs' answer machine during a live radio broadcast in October.

John Cleese Backs 'Fawlty Towers' Statue Plan

Monty Python star John Cleese has given his full support to plans to erect a statue of his Fawlty Towers character Basil Fawlty at the English seaside resort where the comedy was set.

Cleese, 67, created the 1970s show after staying in a hotel run by "the most wonderfully rude man" in Torquay, Devon, basing the bumbling, bad-tempered hotelier Fawlty on the local hotel owner.

The town of Torbay, near Torquay in south west England, plan to take full advantage of the popularity of Fawlty Towers by honouring the show with a statue worth $39,000.

Kate Beckinsale still hasn't mastered driving in Los Angeles, and she fears she'll never be able to get behind the wheel of a car there.
