It’s almost May sweeps time, which means an end to another TV season. Unfortunately, it also means an end to many of our favorite shows forever. Here are five shows that we will say, or have said, farewell to this season, and five shows that we wish would come back.

A judge has dismissed a $5 million plagiarism lawsuit against funnyman Chris Rock. The Everybody Hates Chris star was at the center of a suit from Regina Kimbell, who alleged he stole her ideas for his upcoming documentary Good Hair.

Kimbell claimed she showed Rock her show, My Nappy Roots - which features celebrities discussing different African-American hairdos - back in 2007, and he subsequently ripped off her idea,

Rock hit back at the allegations, insisting the only similarity between the projects was the topic.

TBS is teaming with Joe Roth and Ice Cube for Are We There Yet?, a sitcom starring Terry Crews (Everybody Hates Chris) and based on the hit Revolution Studios film of the same name.

The CW Network is making a few changes to its midseason schedule: Beginning Tuesday, March 3, freshman drama 90210 moves to a new 9:00-10:00 p.m. ET timeslot on Tuesday nights, with encore episodes through March 24. The CW has announced early pickups of six series, including the network's signature reality hit, America's Next Top Model, four dramas and one comedy. All six series will return for the fall season.

The network's most popular series, "America's Next Top Model" will return with mega-star Tyra Banks for cycles 11 and 12.
