Actress Erica Cerra has become a first-time mom after giving birth to daughter Talia Serafina.

The Eureka star tells People.com that she and Raffaele Fiore, her husband of almost two years, could not be happier with their new bundle of joy, who was born on May 14th.

The Canadian beauty says, "We have been blessed with the most perfect little 'peanut' - her nickname from my father, since she is so small!

Warehouse 13: In the fist season, the show about two Secret Service agents hunting down artifacts capable of everything from passing through solid objects to seeing the future, really overdid the "will they/ won’t they" relationship between business-like Myka Bering (Joanne Kelly) and free-spirited Pete Lattimer (Eddie McClintock). While the cable networks still lag far behind the broadcast networks in the ratings department (well, four of them anyway), they have made great strides in terms of matching, and often times exceeding, the big dogs when it comes to quality original programming.

At no time of the year is this trend more evident than in the summer. While the broadcast networks are unsurprisingly going with a bevy of unscripted fare (including entirely too many reality competition shows), the cable networks are once again proving to be the place to turn for quality, original, SCRIPTED programming.

Sci Fi Orders New Seasons Of Hits 'Eureka' & 'Destination Truth'

SCI FI Channel has greenlit production on a third season of its most-watched original series Eureka, ordering 13 new hours of the dramedy. SCI FI is also renewing its investigative reality hit "Destination Truth" for a second season.

"Eureka" will begin production on a third season in Vancouver early next year for a summer 2008 premiere. The second season of "Destination Truth" is also slated to premiere in 2008 with six exciting new episodes.

SCI FI Channel is about to launch its biggest summer yet with a lineup featuring all-new originals and the return of some of last year's most popular shows. Last year's record-breaking hit dramedy Eureka returns as does an even bigger season of the competition series Who Wants to be A Superhero? with Stan Lee, all-new investigations with the Ghost Hunters, and season 3 of Doctor Who.
