2015 Emmy Award Nominations
After much anticipation, the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards nominations are here -- albeit with a bit of controversy aka funny.

It's that time of the year when your favorite actors, actresses, directors, writers, you name it (still, nothing for the celeb assistants who tolerate their idiosyncratic bosses) are showered with accolades for their perennial roles and endearing projects.

Not surprisingly, HBO and Game of Thrones left everyone and everything in the dust. And, yes, there is always a bit of controversy for Emmy Award nominations. This year's snub-rant award for the 2014-2015 televisio...

The Empire star returned from the Monte Carlo Television Festival in Monaco after promoting her hit Fox series and posted a photo of an IV drip in her arm on Thursday.

Terrence Howard has a new son! According to Access Hollywood, the "Empire" star and his wife Mira have just welcomed a new baby into their family. Their son, Qirin Love Howard, was born four weeks ago, the actor revealed while talking up "Empire" at Monaco's Monte Carlo TV Festival.

Don’t Hush the Cookie Monster

Cookie’s grand entrance into the Empire boardroom nearly gets rebuffed by Lucious’ henchman Vernon.

Vernon: “Good to see you, Cookie…”

Terrence & Michelle Howard
The success of the FOX show "Empire" could cost Terrence Howard some money. The actor's ex-wife, Michelle Howard, is seeking a cut of his paycheck from the hit series.

The couple divorced in May 2013, and Michelle reportedly receives $5,800 per month from her ex. However, new documents obtained by TMZ.com reveal she is entitled to 21 percent of anything the actor made over $62,500 in the first three months of 2015.

Terrence filmed three episodes of "Empire" this year, for which he earned $125,000 each. For Michelle, that equals a $65,000 pay out.

6 Best Songs From Original Soundtrack From Season 1 of 'Empire'
What’s the hottest show on TV right now? Empire. And when a show is hot, particularly one driven by it’s music, you milk it for everything it is worth. It makes perfect sense for the hip-hop soap opera to issue a soundtrack, particularly after how successful the first season has been. One thing to remember is that the soundtrack is indeed a soundtrack.

The best songs from the Empire soundtrack are unsurprisingly those that most impact the script of the show. Even if the music of Empire makes perfect contextual sense within the show, making a compilation soundtrack into a memorable li...

"Empire's" sixth episode kicks off with Cookie getting glamorous, while vintage Lil Kim (“The Jump Off”) blasts in the background. I love this nod to the past that Cookie is still stuck in. (Fun Fact: Taraji P. Henson says Lil Kim is one of the influencers in portraying Cookie.)

The episode kicks off with TaKeem waltzing down the red carpet. They're being interviewed by a reporter, who unsubtly tells Hakeem he would be nothing without his father.
