On the Cartoon Network, there are so many programs that appeal to just about every type of animation connoisseur. Late nights you can catch re-runs of "Family Guy" or get thugged out and righteous by watching Riley and Huey on "The Boondocks."

Under the umbrella of the Turner Broadcasting, Cartoon Network is definitely one of the more colorful stations established by media giant Ted Turner. It was created in 1992 and was drawn up as an outlet for classic animations from the Turner Broadcastings film vault such as "Tom & Jerry" and "The Flintstones."

"Hellboy II: The Golden Army" (July 11)

This is a sequel to the first "Hellboy" and is based off an enormously well received series created by Dark Horse Comics. Hellboy is the greatest supernatural detective and blends many aspects of classical horror and magic with a uniquely dry sense of humor.

The first movie was moderately popular, and the DVD sales were positive enough that a sequel was given the green light. It will be directed again by Guillermo del Toro, and star Ron Perlman as Hellboy, Selma Blair as Liz, and Doug Jones as Abe Sapien.

Atari, Inc. today announced that Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 is in development for Nintendo Revolution. A sequel to Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 combines action, fighting and light role-playing game (RPG) elements, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 will send players into a rich story mode that spans the entire Dragon Ball, DBZ, and Dragon Ball GT series. Developed by NAMCO BANDAI Games Inc. / Spike, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 is slated to release during the 2006 holiday season.
