Disney-ABC Television Group announced today that it will offer ad-supported, full-length episodes of four primetime series online at ABC.com as part of a two-month-long experiment. Current episodes of Lost, Desperate Housewives, and Commander In Chief, as well as the entire present season of Alias, will be available for streaming during May and June, marking the first time a broadcast network has made multiple series available for viewing online, free of charge.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar is joining the cast of Commander In Chief as of episode nine. Gosselaar will play a slick, savvy media strategist. His character's name is still to be determined. This marks the second time the actor has worked with Steven Bochco, who created and executive-produced NYPD Blue, in which Gosselaar starred from 2001-2005.

ABC has picked up Invasion for a full season, it was announced today by Stephen McPherson, president, ABC Primetime Entertainment. The freshman drama series joins Commander In Chief, which yesterday also received a full-season order from the network.

"These shows are great additions to our network and continue ABC's creative and ratings momentum," Mr. McPherson said. "I applaud all the tremendous work that has gone into making both of these series."
