After innumerable delays and setbacks, the wedding day for Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Leo (Brian Krause) finally arrives. As a sort of wedding present, Leo's Whitelighter superiors allow the ghost of Piper's mom, Patty (Finola Hughes), to attend the festivities -- a fact that comes in handy when Patty and her former husband, Victor (James Read), join forces to talk Piper out of her last-minute trepidations.
