Bosom Buddies aired in 1980-82 and starred a little-known actor named Tom Hanks. The series centered on Henry (Peter Scolari) and Kip (Hanks), advertising designers who wound up moving into an apartment that housed women only. The two friends became "Hildegard" and "Buffy" in order to become occupants, but they find it difficult to keep their identities a secret as they are tempted by their beautiful female neighbors.
