How To Pick The Perfect Show To Binge-Watch
We've all been there: a day or two with nothing to do. Maybe a day off, maybe a weekend. You know exactly what you're going to do with all that free time.

You are going to sit indoors and watch twenty straight hours of television.

We all do it; whether it's catching up on a show you didn't have time for last season, or giving in to your friends' constant pestering and finally starting "Breaking Bad."

According to the latest polls, a good 61% of TV viewers binge-watch on a regular basis. Ever since Netflix started that whole "releasing an entire TV season at the same time" thing, binge-wa...

14 Shows We Wish Were Still On Air
Admit it, both network and cable television just isn't what it used to be. Weekly series' have been for the most part, replaced for 12-episode arcs, reality television and non-interesting docudramas that do nothing to enhance the television landscape. Where's the friendship? The fun? The drama? The suspense? It makes viewers long for the days of when you looked forward to watching your favorite show every week and dissected it with your pals the next day and for days after. Some of the best are long gone, but fans still clamor for just one more episode. How many of these shows were you addi...

Cameron plans on shooting the three sequels simultaneously, and he's got four new screenwriters on board to help him pen the three stories.

"Building upon the world we created with Avatar has been a rare and incredibly rewarding experience," the director said in a statement. "In writing the new films, I've come to realize that...

Arrested Development
The first preview clip for the upcoming Netflix season of Arrested Development is here, and not much has changed between Buster and Lucile.

In the clip, matriarch Lucille (Jessica Walter) is living in a tenement that doesn't allow smoking inside and for some reason she has a house arrest ankle monitor. Since the monitor alerts authorities when she steps out to the balcony, she has an awkward method of smoking using her son Buster (Tony Hale).

Let's just say it resembles a mother bird feeding her young - or Silverstone-ing, if you will.

There’s not a week that goes by where I don’t do a Google search to scour the internet for the latest news on a possible cinematic adaptation of the cult television show “Arrested Development.” The show, which was cancelled back in 2006, never was able to attract a large mainstream audience. As a result, if anything, the show has attracted more notoriety since its cancellation, and gained an even bigger following when it came to DVD. Creator Mitchell Hurwitz has for y...

Jason Bateman: Greatest Career Resurrection Ever?

One of the biggest stars in Hollywood right now was practically living in obscurity 15 years ago. The second act of Jason Bateman’s career is almost as unbelievable as it is well-deserved. After a career-boosting (heck, career-reviving) role on Fox’s short-lived sitcom “Arrested Development,” Bateman has become ubiquitous in Hollywood comedies and pretty much synonymous with the passive-aggressive straight man character. This weekend, his new movie “Horrible Bosses” opens nationwide co-starring Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey. The cast, which mi...

Trailer Talk: This Week In Movies - 'Gamer,' 'Extract' & More

Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds" is my recommendation for the must-see movie of the summer. Anyone who has an appreciation for Tarantino's films will love this WWII epic.

Divided into chapters like his other directorial work, this story follows a much more linear path than earlier movies, but it still reflects his unique style and flair. Musically "Inglourious Basterds" feels like one part spaghetti western, one part 80s rock ballad, elevating the intensity of emotions and violence in a number of scenes.

As Lt. Aldo Raine, Brad Pitt is a crude, ruthless, brutally honest ...

And of those six shows, one was cancelled due to low ratings ("Arrested Development"), one is on life-support ("Friday Night Lights"), and two were in danger after having lost their way - no pun intended, but "Lost" managed to find its way back while "Heroes" is struggling. "Housewives" still has its foundation of viewers but is...
