When It Rains, It Pours
Liz notices men noticing her, and Jenna says it's because she's more confident because of her new relationship. She uses this confidence to help out Pete. Jack decides he must cheat death in order to teach his and Avery's unborn child how to live. Tracy is determined to be there when his wife gives birth, and a mystery man is making sure Kenneth's work at "TGS" is still getting done.
Let's Stay Together
Jack asks Tracy to help with ideas to get more diversity into the network's programming. Liz is fed up with the flack her writing staff gives her. After Kenneth is fired, Jenna helps him reapply to the extremely competitive Page Program.
On show night, Liz Lemon grows increasingly infuriated when no one seems to remember that it's her 40th birthday. Just before the taping, Tracy Jordan becomes convinced that nothing is funnier than a performer laughing and breaking character, which he elects to do all night, much to Jenna Maroney's chagrin. Meanwhile, Jack Donaghy struggles with the consequences of his promise to give up drinking while Avery is pregnant.
Jack tries once more to help Liz with her romantic life. Kelsey Grammer helps Jenna and Kenneth with a scheme. Tracy tries to film a well-intentioned commercial.
Liz's father visits his daughter and opts not to act his age. Tracy and Jenna confront mortality through video obituaries.
Brooklyn without Limits
Jack tries to influence a Congressional election in favor of a particular candidate for the benefit of the network. Meanwhile, Liz has newfound confidence when Jenna helps her find the perfect pair of jeans. Later, Jenna helps Tracy plan a Golden Globe event.
Jack dismantles the latest G.E. oven looking for its weaknesses in order to boost his own self esteem. While playing on the internet, the writers learn that Jack voices an unexpected web site. Participating in the crew lottery does not improve Liz's image.

Liz turns Kenneth into her therapist. Tracy tries to get into the restaurant business.
Christmas Attack Zone
Liz attends a holiday party at Jack's that turns into a surprise attack on his mother.
Company budget cuts affect the TGS staff, and Liz tries to use Jack's wedding mistake in her favor. Meanwhile, Jenna and Danny share his dressing room and Tracy receives disturbing medical news that makes Angie consider a different career path.
Operation Righteous Cowboy Lightning
Jack tries to impress the owner of Kabletown, while Liz helps Avery hide her pregnancy from her competitive co-worker, Carmen Chao. Jenna and Tracy have trouble sharing a gift sent from their new bosses.
Jack and Avery go to Canada for a final romantic getaway before they become parents, but when Avery goes into labor, they do everything in their power to not give birth to a Canadian. Meanwhile, Liz's romantic getaway with Carol is ruined when their plane is stuck on the tarmac. Tracy is besieged with the unwanted responsibility of being an EGOT winner.
It's Never Too Late For Now
Jenna takes Liz out to distract her from her breakup and prove love still exists, while Jack, a newly sleep-deprived father, loses his negotiating edge when discussing his nanny's salary. Pete and Frank start a rock band.
TGS Hates Women
When a blog accuses TGS of being misogynistic, Liz hires an upcoming female comedian, Abby Flynn. Liz's plan backfires when Abby seems to be falling into female stereotypes, and Liz and Jenna decide to put Abby in her place. Meanwhile, Jack Donaghy intends to become the successor to KableTown but can only achieve this by eliminating the competition, the granddaughter to the CEO, Kaylie Hooper.
Queen of Jordan
When Tracy goes to Africa, Liz tries to convince his wife Angie to help her bring him back. Angie's reality show "The Queen of Jordan" brings its cameras to the TGS offices, making everyone uneasy, especially Jack, whom the program paints in an unfavorable light.
With Tracy gone, Jack puts TGS on forced hiatus, and everyone goes to their backup jobs. Jack brings his enemy Devon back to help him fix a disastrous gay network he has purchased.
I Heart Connecticut
Liz and Kenneth try to find Tracy to bring him back to save "TGS" from being canceled. Jack helps Jenna get a sponsor for her new film.
100th Episode, Part 1
Executive Hank Hooper plans to cancel "TGS," but Jack convinces him that they will be able to get Tracy back in time for their 100th episode to save the show. A gas leak in the studio has everyone hallucinating and remembering events from the previous 99 episodes. Jack gets visits from versions of himself from the past and future and considers dumping Liz as his mentee. Jenna thinks about having a baby for the attention.
100th Episode, Part 2
Once the gas leak that's been plaguing the studio is fixed, Liz realizes that they do not have a show for the 100th episode of "TGS," so she has the gas leak reopened to make the audience (and Hank) find the show much funnier than it is.
Everything Sunny All the Time Always
Avery is captured and held hostage in North Korea by Kim Jong-Il, and he must approach ex-girlfriend Condoleezza Rice for help in getting her released. Liz decides to take charge of her personal life by cleaning up her apartment.
Liz is chagrined when she finds that her vacation house in the Hamptons is right next to Tracy's new house. Jack misses Avery, and tries to have Kenneth take her place. Jenna gets a job as the face of the wool industry, but she has to pretend that she and Paul are a normal, conservative couple.
