The blonde beauty, who split from boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio earlier this year, will follow in the footsteps of Heidi Klum and launch a search for the world's next top model with prestigious talent company One Management.

Refaeli will serve as an adviser to the contestants, according to the New York Post.
