Model Sung Hi Lee was born April 1, 1970, in Seoul, Korea. Considered a tomboy, Lee enjoyed climbing trees, catching frogs, and playing with the neighborhood boys. When she first moved to the United States, she had a difficult time adjusting to her new environment. But eventually she learned to speak English, got used to the food, and focused on having a positive attitude in her new country.

Although Lee originally intended on studying sports medicine, fate changed her life. While living in Dallas, Texas, she was asked to participate in a fashion show where she caught the attention of an agent. She then posed for Playboy and became a Hawaiian Tropic model. Dropping out of college, Lee decided to pursue acting in New York City. When the 5'4" model had difficulty finding roles due to her small size, she relocated to LA and posed again for Playboy instead. She also landed some TV work, and her credits include shows such as Mortal Kombat, Black Scorpion, Queen of Swords, VIP, and Nikki. In addition, Lee has appeared in advertisements for companies such as Chrysler, Sunkist Orange Juice and the Hilton Hotel.

The model has also graced the covers of Working Woman, KOREAM, Sport, and Yolk Magazine. She has also produced several calendars.
