The woman who sparked the Tiger Woods sex scandal is heading for divorce after just 18 months of marriage.

Rachel Uchitel's union to businessman Matt Hahn is over after he filed papers on Monday (10Jun13) to end the marriage, citing "cruel and inhumane treatment", according to TMZ.com.

The move comes just one month after the former Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew star called the police on Hahn, following an alleged fight at their New York City home.
