Rock legend Elvis Presley has overtaken Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain as the biggest earning dead celebrity. The Jailhouse Rock hit maker topped the Forbes magazine poll with earnings of $58 million during 2007. Cobain, who pushed Presley off the top spot last year after widow Courtney Love sold a portion of his recording catalogue, does not feature in the 2007 list.

Bruce Almighty co-stars Jim Carrey and Steve Carell have teamed up again to bring another Dr. Seuss tale to the big screen. Carrey, who starred in Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas, will play the lead in Horton Hears a Who!, while Carell will portray the Mayor of Whoville in the project.
