Ashlee Simpson's "Outta My Head," a three-song digital EP, will be released Feb 5, 2008. The EP includes two new songs, "Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)" and "Rule Breaker," from her forthcoming album, Bittersweet World, along with a hidden gem from her last album.
