Singer Amy Winehouse and rock group Arctic Monkeys are among the 12 nominees for the 2007 Nationwide Mercury Prize. Winehouse and Arctic Monkeys' second albums - Back To Black and Favourite Worse Nightmare - were announced on the shortlist at a conference at London's The Hospital venue on Tuesday.
