We the Kings is a power pop band formed in 2003 from Bradenton, Florida, currently signed to record label S-Curve Records.

The group released their self-titled full-length debut album in 2007. The album peaked at #3 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart and at #151 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart. The single “Check Yes Juliet” peaked at #70 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart.

Their second full-length album, “Smile Kid,” was released in 2009 and reached #4 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart. It included the singles, “We'll Be a Dream” featuring Demi Lovato and “Heaven Can Wait.” “Heaven Can Wait” peaked at #15 on the Billboard Heatseekers Songs. “We'll Be a Dream” peaked at #76 on the Billboard Hot 100.

“Sunshine State of Mind,” their third studio album, was released in 2011 and reached #45 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart and #9 on the Rock Albums chart. It featured the single, “Friday Is Forever.”
