| As to the appearance of the aforementioned "Banner" it becomes obvious when one views the Pink Floyd "Pulse" DVD; 'Tis they who braved the insult, and bore away his sacred charge... | ||

| I also thought he was the greatest. When he went solo in the 80's he carried the banner of the psychedelic concert experiance. But I guess something happened along the way similar to the fate of Syd Barrett only slower. An indication of this occured in 1990 when he reverted back to "The Wall" like a dog returning to eat it's own vommit. Over the years his inflated ego collapsed upon itself like a black hole. Now he wants to do "The Wall" tour again, sounding like a broken record. | ||

| I never saw the original Pink Floyd (didn't consider the resurrected Floyd of the late-80's as anything more than a Gilmour solo affair, really) but I did see Roger live; I feel that RW is the closest to a 20th century Mozart we've had. I hope we'll see a Waters-Gilmour-Mason reunion before time runs out. I think Syd and Rick would've liked that. | ||

| "He's starting to look a bit like Prince Charles. That's a shame. He was really fit in 1990 because I watched his version of the Wall (which was fan-bloody-tastic) and. Well. Sexyness. ' -- I can not quite agree. I think he looks like a miracle worker. ok, I think I am going too far with this, I think this is the last time I comment on this. He is one of the best looking people in the solar system, but I look the best. | ||

| Definately too smart for his own good, and I think he has a pretty big ego. I have always wanted to see one of his concerts, but scince I live in a 'anti-different' southern state, I am guessing I never will. Nobody here seems to like him. | ||

| Roger waters is an intelligent man, and a brilliant lyricyst. He is politically accurate most of the time, and many women adore him. But dont really stay with him. He likes to fish, which is a great quality, and he is really good at playing bass. He wrote the song 'money' in 1973, which I thought was amazing, because the song is about just what it became. Roger waters is radical, but that is something I like in a man. | ||

| He is really good looking for his age... But he seems as far as personality goes, more like a twin brother to me. | ||

| Roger is the best bassist, artist and songwriter. his music is the best tranquillizer for me. He should live long just to make more masterpieces. I,ve never been him in his concersts but I hope I will manage some day. He's the man of my dreams. I wish I were his girlfriend. | ||

| i've been his fan ever since 1979, especially when I got the album Animals and The Wall. I particularly love the songs Hey You and Dogs. He's a genius. I have dvds of The Wall concert in Berlin, The Wall movie, In the Flesh, and early dvds of Pink Floyd also. I love to see them together in the Live8 concerts which dvds I also have. I love you Roger! i hope you play here in my country, the Philippines. I wish I could see you and hug you in person. I feel also the same way the teenaged boy felt in The Squid & the Whale. God bless you! luv, Cher | ||

I think Roger is an amazing man! Not only was he the driving force behind Pink Floyd but the mastermind of wonderful lyrics that come straight from his heart through his fingertips to the paper he writes on. I've never heard anyone duplicate the kind of words that Roger has in his words and the sound, well, that goes without saying. It's definately a sound the puts chills all over me and can listen to him all the time, the louder the better. Was finally able to see him in Tampa in May 2007 and was blown away. I couldn't talk for almost 3 weeks. What a concert and what a truly talented man. Putting real things about real life in your music is the way it should be and it has certainly touched my soul. Thank you, Roger. I just wish I could meet you. I would have also loved to have met Syd, but I will always have him in my heart. Sharon G | ||
