On December 6th at 8PM, Rufus Wainwright gave a concert at Carnegie Hall for the first time since his heralded tribute to Judy Garland’s legendary 1961 comeback performance. That’s over four years ago, but if anyone was worried that the master singer-songwriter wasn’t ready to take over the space once more, their fears were unfounded. Through a highly emotional two-act performance, Wainwright proved yet again that all you really need--if you’ve got the talent--is a trademark killer voice and a good piano.

Rage Against The Machine and Audioslave guitarist Tom Morello thrilled fans at his South By Southwest festival appearance last night when he turned his show into an all-star jam.

What was supposed to be a solo acoustic set at the Parish club in Austin, Texas turned into a star-studded festival highlight as pals like Slash, Perry Farrell, MC5 guitarist Wayne Kramer and Primus frontman Les Claypool joined the rocker onstage.

Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival Announces Initial 2007 Lineup

Superfly Productions and A.C. Entertainment are proud to announce the initial lineup for the 2007 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. The sixth annual four-day camping and music festival will be held on June 14-17 on the same beautiful 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee, 60 miles south of Nashville.
