The Yeah! hit-maker took to the stand in his custody battle with Tameka Foster in Atlanta, Georgia on Monday, and he wiped his eyes with a tissue after his ex-wife's attorney presented photos of the singer partying in Europe in February. Usher tried to explain the photos, but was told by the judge to let his lawyers do the talking for him.

The R&B star's former partner filed paperwork in December demanding full custody of their sons Usher Raymond V, four, and three-year-old Naviyd, and an increase in her child support payments.
