UB40 keyboard player Michael Virtue has quit the British band - just two months after frontman Ali Campbell walked out. Virtue launched a parting attack on the pop veterans' management company, accusing it of mishandling the band - the same reason Campbell cited for his departure in January.

The Clash's former producer has died. He was 54. Michael Campbell - better known as Mikey Dread - died of a brain tumor on Saturday. Campbell produced the band's 1980 single "Bankrobber" and contributed to songs on their Sandinista! album. He also went on to tour with The Clash before playing with UB40.
