Tina Turner Did Not Have A Stroke — She Had The Flu
On Friday rumors surfaced on the Twitter and the Internet that "What’s Love Got To Do With It Legend" Tina Turner suffered a stroke at her home in Zurich, Switzerland.

So, RumorFix immediately put our team of reporters on the case.

We checked in with Tina’s music manager in Los Angeles, but we got no response and it doesn’t look like the 74-year-old iconic singer does the social media thing.

So leave it to Oprah Winfrey to solve the mystery for us.

Singer Tina Turner has wed longtime boyfriend Erwin Bach in a small ceremony in Kusnacht, Switzerland.

Turner, 73, became a Swiss citizen earlier this year and married German record executive Erwain Bach, 57, on the shores of Lake Zurich. The two will follow up the official civil ceremony with a Buddhist ceremony at their nearby home on Sunday.

They expect 120 guests.

Turner's first marriage, to singer and music partner Ike Turner, ended in 1978 after 14 years. She and Bach met at a party in London in 1985 and began dating a year later.

Singer Tina Turner is a married woman after quietly exchanging vows with her long-term partner in Switzerland, according to local reports.

The 73-year-old What's Love Got to Do with It hitmaker, who became a Swiss citizen in April (13), wed German record executive Erwin Bach, 57, in a discreet civil ceremony on the banks of Lake Zurich in Kusnacht "a few days ago", according to municipal official Hannes Friess.

Singer Tina Turner is planning to marry her partner of more than 25 years next week (begs15Jul13), according to a report.

The What's Love Got to Do with It hitmaker will reportedly exchange vows with her fiance Erwin Bach on 21 July (13) in her adopted Switzerland, where she became a citizen in April (13).

Turner, 73, has been dating the 57-year-old German executive since 1987, when they met at her record label.

According to Britain's Daily Express newspaper, the couple will marry in a Buddhist ceremony at their lavish home on Lake Zurich.

Tina Turner is engaged to her long-time partner, music producer Erwin Bach, according to a new report.

According to Swiss publication Blick, the couple plan to wed at a ceremony at Lake Zurich with chefs Rico Zandonella and Horst Petermann from Turner's favorite restaurant, Rico's Kunststuben, catering the reception.

A rep for the 73-year-old singer said "no comment" about the report, and Turner hasn't responded to the rumors.

Tina Turner is set to surrender her U.S. passport and become a Swiss citizen.

The Proud Mary singer, who was born in Tennessee, has lived in Kuesnacht, just outside of Zurich, since 1995.

She recently petitioned the local council to grant her citizenship, and now she is to be made a legal resident of the country as soon as state and federal officials sign off on the order.

The 73 year old's spokesperson, Karin Rhomberg, tells local newspaper Zuerichsee-Zeitung, "Tina Turner will therefore also give back her U.S. citizenship."
