Hip-hop stars The Game and Timbaland are being sued by an Indian music and film company, who alleges the pair sampled one of their songs without permission.

Saregama India Ltd has filed a copyright infringement suit against Interscope, Universal Music Group, Aftermath Entertainment, G-Unit Records, Czar Entertainment, Timbaland's Virginia Beach Music and The Game's Black Wall Street in Manhattan Federal Court, New York, according to AllHipHop.com.
