Fall Out Boy lead Kerrang! Awards nominations

Fall Out Boy, Bring Me The Horizon and Pierce The Veil lead this year's (13) Kerrang! Award nominations, picking up four nods each.

Pete Wentz's band has been nominated twice in the Best Single category for The Phoenix and My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up). They are also up for Best Event for their show at Camden Underworld in London earlier this year (Feb13).

The reunited rockers will also battle it out against Green Day, Black Veil Brides, All Time Low and Pierce The Veil for Best International Band.

Fall Out Boy may have only split for a mere four years, but if new single "The Phoenix" is any indication the band has risen from the ashes stronger than ever.

The band released the video for their new single on Tuesday, the second off their upcoming "Save Rock And Roll," album, due in May.

The new video is a prequel to "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)," which was released in early February to go along with the announcement that the band was back together.

Fall Out Boy announced Monday that after a four-year hiatus that they're back together and have recorded a new album and planned a tour. They've even released a new single and plan to "Save Rock And Roll" in 2013.

Less than a week after guitarist Joe Trohman dismissed rumors of a reunion, the band has released its first single since 2009, "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)," and announced 40+ tour dates -- beginning Monday night in Chicago.

Fall Out Boy & Anthrax Join Forces, Play Debut Gig

The rock supergroup formed by members of Fall Out Boy and Anthrax made its live debut in New York on Tuesday night.

The Damned Things, featuring Joe Trohman, Andy Hurley, Scott Ian and Rob Caggiano performed their first set at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn.

The group played eight songs and guitarist Scott Ian tells, "This is still all so new to us. There's no baggage yet. We're still very much in the honeymoon period. I remember what it was like to be in Anthrax back in 1984. It's just really exciting to get to do that again. I'm in a new band again. It's a blast."

Fall Out Boy rocker Joe Trohman has hit out at reports the band blame bassist Pete Wentz's girlfriend Ashlee Simpson for their recent Grammy Awards snub, claiming the pop star is "awesome".
