The "Born Free" hitmaker was attending a Travis Tritt show in Detroit on Friday when he illegally fired up a cigar.

Tritt accuses Category 5 Records, on which he released his most recent album The Storm earlier this year, and its boss Ray Termini, of incompetence and denying him the complete creative control he was promised.
