Call this list the ‘best of the rest’ – they never received the ‘love that they deserved.’ Yeah, “it’s complicated” (sounds like a Facebook relationship status), so let’s simplify. Basically, these songs didn’t make our 40 Best Songs of 2015, but are nonetheless worthwhile songs that were underrated or forgotten during the course of the year. Too Short Avoids Felony Drug Charges

Too Short has officially escaped felony drug charges after prosecutors determined there wasn't enough evidence to pursue legal action against the rapper.

The Blow The Whistle hit-maker was arrested for narcotics possession and driving under the influence (DUI) at a traffic stop in Hollywood on March 20th.

The 46 year old's spokesperson, David Weintraub, denied the drugs were his client's, claiming, "Short was diligently searched and cuffed prior to being placed in the disgustingly filthy patrol car... (It) smelled like vomit and was littered with remnants from prior arrests of the eveni...

Rapper Too Short has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of possessing drugs and driving under the influence (DUI).

The hip-hop star, real name Todd Anthony Shaw, was stopped by police officers for a traffic violation in the early hours of Wednesday and asked to undergo a field sobriety test.

Too Short is said to have attempted to run from the cops, but tripped on the street and was placed under arrest.

Law enforcement sources tell the Blow the Whistle hit-maker also tried to dump narcotics when he was in the back of the police car.

Rapper Too Short has been arrested and charged with battery after allegedly fighting with security staff following a concert in Boise, Idaho on Thursday.

The rapper, real name Todd Shaw, was briefly jailed in Ada County with one of his associates early on Thursday following his performance at the local Knitting Factory concert club.

Police were called to the scene just after 11pm local time on Wednesday to investigate a fight, reports

According to police reports, three employees claimed they had been punched, kicked and pushed by Shaw and associate Michael T. Walton.

Rapper Pimp C Found Dead In Hollywood Hotel Room

Pimp C, real name Chad Butler -- and one half of the rap duo UGK, was found dead in a hotel room this morning. He was 33.

L.A. County Fire responded to a 911 call at the Mondrian Hotel, located on trendy Sunset Strip in Hollywood. They arrived to his sixth floor hotel room to find him dead in bed.

UGK is best known for appearing on the Jay-Z track "Big Pimpin'" in 2000, and more recently with Outkast on the song "International Player's Anthem (I Choose You)." Pimp C had just performed with fellow rapper Too Short at the "House of Blues" in L.A. on Saturday night.
