Latina star Thalia was injured in a skiing accident on Wednesday in Aspen, Colorado. The singer, real name Ariadna Thalia Sodi Miranda, and her record mogul husband Tommy Mottola are spending the holidays on the slopes in the ski resort town.

The 7th Annual Latin Grammy Awards nominations were announced today, and Colombian singer/songwriter Shakira led the nominations with five. Shakira's five nominations include: Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year and Best Short Form Music Video for "La Tortura," and Album Of The Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Album for Fijación Oral Vol. 1.
