Tesla To Release 'Twisted Wires & The Acoustic Sessions' On July 12
Rock group Tesla will be releasing Twisted Wires and The Acoustic Sessions on July 12th.
The album will feature 6 tracks that were recorded back in 2005 at bassist Brian Wheat's J STREET RECORDERS studio (which are the last recordings with original member Tommy Skeoch) and 6 newly recorded tracks which include acoustic remakes of songs from their entire catalog and two brand new songs called "Second Street" and "Better Off Without You." Twisted Wires and The Acoustic Sessions is the follow up to 2008's Forever More.

Tesla Kicks Off 'Forever More' Tour
Multi-platinum rockers Tesla, Jeff Keith (vocals), Frank Hannon (guitars), Brian Wheat (bass), Troy Luccketta (drums) and Dave Rude (guitar) begin their "Forever More" tour today, Wednesday, October 1, at The Depot in Salt Lake City. Tour is named for their seventh studio album, Forever More, set for release October 7 on Tesla Electric Company Recordings (in partnership with Ryko Distribution).

After 25 years, 12 albums, over 2,500 shows, over 16 million albums sold worldwide, Tesla is stronger than ever. Great White Benefit Concert Raises $175,000
Twisted Sister rocker Dee Snider's benefit concert for the survivors of the Great White fire tragedy raised $175,000. Stars including Winger, Stryper, Staind's Aaron Lewis, Boston's Tom Scholz and Gretchen Wilson teamed up to play the February 25th fundraiser - organized by Snider and Tesla's Troy Luccketta - at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island.
The concert, which will be broadcast on TV network VH1 on Easter Sunday, was staged to raise money to benefit the Station Family Fund, an organization set up to help pay the survivors' medical bills.

May 30, 2007 -- As previously announced, Tesla will launch a summer U.S. headlining tour starting June 7 in Santa Rosa, CA at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in support of their Real To Reel album, which arrived June 5 on the band's Tesla Electric Company Recordings (Ryko Distribution). This marks the 20th consecutive year that Tesla has toured the States.
