Terror Squad is a hip-hop group that formed in 1998 in the Bronx, New York and consisted of rappers Fat Joe, Big Pun, Cuban Link, Prospect, Armageddon, and Triple Seis. The group's debut album, “The Album” arrived in 1999, and spawned the hit, “Whatcha Gon' Do.” Tragedy struck in 2000 when Big Pun's died from a heart attack, which resulted in his longtime musical partners, Cuban Link and Triple Seis, leaving the group. Remy Martin, a.k.a Remy Ma, and Tony Sunshine filled their spots.

The group released their second offering, “True Story” in 2004, which spawned the dance-club hit, “Lean Back,” and peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart and #24 on the U.K. Singles Charts. A remix to “Lean Back” featuring Lil Jon, Mase and Eminem appeared on Fat Joe's 2005 album, “All or Nothing.” 2007 saw Terror Squad sign with Koch Records and welcome three new members, DJ Khaled, Cool, and Dre.
