If Barbra Streisand And Bill Really Had A Fling, Why Is She TEAM Hillary Now?

12/23/2015 10:14am EST
Barbra Streisand Is TEAM Hillary Despite Outlandish Report Alleg
Barbra Streisand is a Hillary Clinton "supporter." Well, here's a possible sudden turn of events. According to Daily Mail, Barbra wants women to vote for the former First Lady, in a "women unite" kind of way. However, Streisand, who allegedly (with a strong emphasis on the "a") had a tryst with Bill at the White House, wasn't always bosom buddies with Hills.

Barbra Streisand was the guest of honor recently for the annual Women in Entertainment breakfast in Los Angeles. There, she received the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award. The Hollywood Reporter recognizes women who are pioneers in thei...

Barbra Streisand Family Shocker: Actress Reportedly Turns Back O
A purported new report out by Radar Online puts Barbra Streisand in a dark light. According to the online tabloid's sources, Streisand has reportedly turned her back on her homeless stepson, Jess Brolin, at a time when he desperately needs her love and support. Yea, it sounds like a half-baked tale, but let's explore the rumors.

The gossip site reported the results of its "Exclusive Investigation," but offered little evidence other than recycled pictures to bolster its claims about Brolin's welfare.

A Google search of "Barbra Streisand's stepson" only shows several recycled reports wit...

12 Of The Most Successful Actor-Musician Combos
They say that actors want to be musicians and that musicians want to be actors. For some who attempt to be the ‘double threat,’ they fail miserably. Only a select few have managed to find the balance or minimally success in both fields. How is such success measured? There are a number of indicators but for the 12 artists that make this list, most of the indicators of success lie in accolades with the crème de la crème being an Academy Award or a Grammy.

The 57th Grammy Award Predictions: Who Wins In The Pop Categorie
The cream of the crop of the Grammy Awards resides in what’s known as the ‘big four’ – record of the year, album of the year, song of the year, and best new artist. As previously stated via Early Grammy Predictions: Who Wins Album, Record And Song Of The Year?, British pop/R&B newcomer Sam Smith was a heavy favorite. Of the genre-specific categories, arguably the most interesting is pop, namely four specific awards: Best pop solo performance, best pop/duo group performance, best traditional pop vocal album, and the coveted best pop vocal album. So, who wins in those standout pop categori...

Blake Shelton Wins Race To The Top of The Billboard 200
When the Billboard issue their chart prognostications last week, it was suggested that Blake Shelton had a solid shot at his second career #1 album. That said, that forecast would become cloudy thanks to one Barbra Streisand, who was projected to be competitive in the race for the top spot once again. Fellow country artists Lady Antebellum were considered to be likely third place. Things didn’t complete go as expected.

Blake Shelton indeed topped the Billboard 200, selling a more robust than expected 101,000 copies of Bringing Back The Sunshine. While prognostications had allotted 90...

Barbra Streisand’s 'Partners' Beats Chris Brown for Top Spot on
Few 72-year olds can do it like Barbra Streisand. Who just landed another #1 album – Barbra Streisand! Duets album Partners not only debuted at #1, but did so with larger than expected numbers (196,000 copies). It also made history giving Streisand at least one #1 album in the past six decades. Go Barbra – it’s your birthday… well not really!

Chris Brown settles for the #2 spot behind Streisand, as X sells 146,000 copies. While Brown might be disappointed he didn’t score his third number one album, X performed better its first week than Fortune, which sold 135,000 copies. Maybe even ...

Barbra Streisand Makes Billboard History With A Little Help From
Barbra Streisand made chart history this week as her new duets album "Partners" has made her the only artist to score a number-one record in each of the past six decades.

The singer landed the first of her 10 number-ones in 1964 with her fourth album "People," which is one month shy of its 50th anniversary. She was back on top a decade later with the double-platinum "The Way We Were," followed by the soundtrack for "A Star Is Born" in 1976, which she recorded with Kris Kristofferson. In '78 her "Greatest Hits Vol. 2" also landed at no. 1.

Streisand landed a pair of chart toppers in both t...

Review: Barbra Streisand Sounds Amazing On 'Partners'

9/22/2014 7:20pm EDT
Barbra Streisand - Partners
Nothing better than getting “a little help from friends” right? That’s exactly what veteran entertainer Barbra Streisand does on her latest studio album, Partners. Why go it alone when you can enlist the likes of Michael Bublé, Stevie Wonder, and Billy Joel on your album? Covering classics she popularized (such as “The Way We Were”) as well as classic vocal standards, Partners is a truly beautiful effort with Streisand herself sounding truly amazing. 72 – she can’t be!

Partners opens stunningly with standard “It Had To Be You” with Michael Bublé serving as Streisand's partner in c...

Christian Rapper Lecrae Takes ‘Anomaly’ To The Top Of Billboard 200

9/18/2014 8:31am EDT
Lecrae Anomaly
It’s rare that the Christian rapper debuts atop the Billboard 200. How rare – well it never happens – like “never ever.” Anyways, Lecrae made it happen this week as Anomaly outperformed early prognostications and sold 88,000 copies. Lecrae was able to hold off a strong second week from Maroon 5’s V (80,000 copies, #2) as well as what was thought to be a tight race with Jhené Aiko (Souled Out sold 70,000 copies, good for #3).

While Lecrae’s debut is celebratory, it is also another week where no albums moved 100,000 copies. Throw in the fact that besides Lecrae and Jhené Aiko, the top ...

He then scored big with 2010's "The Town," which he also co-wrote and starred in. When Affleck attached himself to the George Clooney-produced 20...

A zany and wacky laugh-a-minute movie complete with mistaken identity, slapstick humor and double, no make that triple entendre galore. And since every character within the world has such a unique style, appeal and even memorable lines were gonna go about this examination a tad differently - storyb...
