13 Celebrities Who Have Killed People
In a lot of ways, celebrities are just like everyone else - they make mistakes, execute bad judgement calls and get involved in criminal activity. Some have even killed people.

Singer Brandy Norwood rear ended a car in December, 2006, killing the driver. The star was never charged with a crime; however, the victim's parents, husband, and children, as well as two other drivers involved in the incident filed lawsuits against the star. She settled them all out of court.

During a 2012 episode of VH1's "Behind The Music," Brandy said of the incident: "They know that they can call me a murderer...

5 Christmas Songs To Get In The Holiday Mood
It’s that time of year again. With a mere four weeks to go before the big day what better way to get in the mood then listening to some classic Christmas songs. Well admittedly, if you’ve gone shopping in any store or mall, you’ve been hearing these songs since November 1… And I’m not sure that The Dollar Tree ever actually takes down their Christmas decorations.

As a teenager my favorite Christmas album was The Beach Boys Christmas Album. The local country station would play a marathon of Christmas songs starting on like December 23 and go through all of Christmas day. Over the years sinc...

Rachelle Spector
Disgraced music mogul Phil Spector's wife has blasted the producers of a new TV movie about the producer's murder trial, insisting the project makes her husband look like a monster.

Rachelle Spector is still convinced her husband is innocent, but she fears the new HBO movie, which features Al Pacino as the hit-maker, will wreck any chance she has of fighting for the incarcerated 73-year-old's freedom.

She tells Entertainment Tonight, "They (producers) have him as a foul-mouthed megalomaniac and they depict him as a Minotaur - like he draws people into his labyrinth and he locks them in ...

Helen Mirren
Helen Mirren has ignored calls to drop out of an upcoming biopic about disgraced music mogul Phil Spector.

The veteran British actress prompted outrage among friends of Spector's victim, murdered actress Lana Clarkson, after signing up to play the famed producer's attorney, Linda Kenny Braden. She stepped in to replace an injured Bette Midler in the role.

The Friends of Lana Clarkson campaigners sent a letter to warn Mirren she faces "serious consequences" if she doesn't quit the controversial film, which they fear will portray Spector in a sympathetic light.

The group's spokesperson, Ed...

Phil Spector's Murder Conviction Upheld After Appeal

Phil Spector
A panel of California appeals judges have upheld Phil Spector's murder conviction, insisting the record producer received a fair trial.

They unanimously rejected an appeal of his 2009 murder conviction on Monday.

After a mistrial, Spector was sentenced to 19 years to life behind bars for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson.

The producer's lawyers had claimed that photos of the trial judge used in the prosecution's closing argument had turned the court into a government witness.

In the appellate panel's decision, Judge Joan Klein ruled that the photos only demonstrated Superior Court Jud...

Now his lawyer, Dennis Riordan, has urged a state appellate panel to reconsider the evidence and the actions of Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler, who appeared in photographs poi...

Check our murderer/producer Phil Spector in his mug shot from North Kern State Prison Reception Center in Delano, CA. Now that he's in the clink Spector isn't allowed to wear his trademark wigs. Apparently he's not a Hair Club For Men client.

Last month the 69-year-old was sentenced to 19 years in prison for killing actress Lana Clarkson. Earlier this week his 28-year-old wife Rachelle Short spoke out on her dismay that her husband will be in jail until she's 47, telling the LA Times "He's locked in a 5-by-9-foot cell 23 and a half hours a day. They treat people worse than animals."

Ex-Cop Called Back To Testify Against Phil Spector

October 18th, 2008 1:00pm EDT
Phil Spector
A retired New York cop has been called back to court for Phil Spector's murder retrial after a Los Angeles judge rejected pleas to ignore his testimony. The music mogul's lawyers argued that Vincent Tannazzo's profanity-laced testimony should not be admitted to the retrial, but prosecutors insisted the ex-policeman's remarks about Spector reveal the producer's "state of mind regarding women."

During the original trial last year, which ended with a deadlocked jury, Tannazzo recalled conversations he had had with Spector, while working as a security man at two separate Christmas parties ...

Spector is currently on trial for the murder of Clarkson, who died from a gunshot wound in the foyer of his Alhambra home in 2003. His defense team claims the depressed actress committed suicide.
