Ellie Goulding needed therapy after panic attacks convinced her she was going to die.
The 'Burn' hitmaker - whose father walked out on her family when she was five years old - felt she was having a "heart attack" on a train one day, and it turned out to be the first of many terrifying incidents which left her terrified to go anywhere.
She said: "From that day, I kept having them. It was the weirdest time of my life. Sick, horrible things would go through my mind but I didn't want to draw attention to myself... It got to the point when I couldn't even get into the car and go to the studio.

Ellie Goulding: People are obsessed with my love life

November 12th, 2013 4:20am EST
Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding can't understand why people are more interested in her love life than her music.
The 26-year-old singer - who has previously been romantically linked to Ed Sheeran, Niall Horan and Skrillex - finds it frustrating how people care about is who she is dating rather than admiring her voice.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: "I'm single and I don't have a boyfriend, so it's funny always being linked with everyone."
The 'Burn' hitmaker admits fans often come up to her and ask if she'll end up marrying Calvin Harris - who is currently dating Rita Ora - because they c...

Fashion Fails: Worst Dressed Stars At The 2013 Grammys

February 12th, 2013 6:18pm EST
Worst Grammy Fashion
While music's biggest stars were showing off glamorous fashions and getting all the time in the spotlight, the lesser-known and more obscure stars were clamoring for some of the attention by showing up to the Grammys in some of the most outrageous outfits.

Outfits ran from risque to outrageous, with some blatantly disregarding the memo that Grammy execs sent out last week asking stars to tone things down.

And while the top stars employ teams of their own makeup artists and hair stylists, and have designers eager to get them to show off their fashions; it's the indie artists and not-yet-es...

The dubstep DJ was asked to provide the soundtrack for the family project, which features the voices of John C. Reilly and Jane Lynch, and producer Clark Spencer decided it would be fun to turn Skrillex into a cartoon character too.

Spencer reveals the musician was "ecstatic" to be invited to make an appearance in a party scene, but he was very particular about his character's look.

He tells Britain's Total Film magazine, "We built his model, we put on his look, and we se...

Big Time Rush's James Maslow Talks Big Summer Plans

April 18th, 2012 5:56am EDT
James Maslow
I'll admit it: when I hear the phrase "boy band," I'm one of those people who cringes. But I recently chatted with Big Time Rush member James Maslow, and he changed my mind a little bit.

BTR (consisting of Maslow, Kendall Schmidt, Carlos Pena, Jr. and Logan Henderson) is a boy band that was born out of the Nickelodeon TV series of the same name. In concept, their origin is reminiscent of The Monkees. Since 2009, the foursome have been acting in the half-hour musical/comedy series as well as releasing two albums. They'll be touring across the country this summer.

The group's origins migh...
