Rapper Chingy has returned to Ludacris' Disturbing Tha Peace record label - three years after he left the company for allegedly cheating him out of his earnings. The Right Thurr hit maker - real name Howard Bailey, Jr. - cut ties with the Atlanta-based imprint in 2004, claiming Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges and his manager Chaka Zulu were mismanaging Chingy's finances.

He first got his feet wet in the industry at the age of 15, when he met D.M.X. X was so impressed with the work ethic and motivation from Berg that he immediately signed him up to his Bloodline Record label distributed by Def Jam; making Berg the first artist signed to the imprint.

For the first time ever, MTV2, together with Asylum records, will release a My Block: Chicago – The Soundtrack on October 10 and feature 15 tracks by some of the hottest and most respected artists from the Windy City including Common, Lupe Fiasco, Twista, Kanye West, and much, much more.
