| Are you kidding?? Rockin' Robert? Have you seen him in concert??? I've seen tons of concerts including Springstein, and hands down Seger rocks the heck out of all of 'em. True, his top hits were played well beyond the poiint of appreciation, but listen to them today and you'll realize how talented Seger is. The soul, writing, and delivery...especially when the fact that the technology was what it was 30+ years ago...you'll be asking yourself; "how does his raspy, sexy voice keep booming through his music; especially live?" Take-a-listen to the Ramblin' Man! | ||

I met Bob Seger in 1979-80 (iin those years somewhere!) in Ann Arbor at Cottage Inn Pizza Parlor. My best friend was working there as a waitress and I sat at the bar waiting for her to get off work. I was talking to this guy for a good 45 minutes. After he left, my friend asked me if I knew who I was talking to, and I said; no,but he said his name was Bob. She told me then that he was Bob Seger! We had a really nice conversation. One of the nicest guys I've met...the best singer of his time also. | ||
