Scissor Sisters star Jake Shears has written a song for pal Kylie Minogue, inspired by her battle with breast cancer. The flamboyant front man has penned the tune with the Australian star, who was diagnosed with the disease in May 2005, and has dubbed the track "the strangest thing she's ever recorded."

Scissor Sisters have accused legendary singer Barbra Streisand of overcharging fans for her concerts. Frontman Jake Shears berated Streisand from the stage at his gig at London's 02 arena on Thursday - after watching the diva perform there the night before.
