Goo Goo Dolls Singer Johnny Rzeznik Marries Longtime Girlfriend

Goo Goo Dolls frontman Johnny Rzeznik is a married man after walking down the aisle with longtime girlfriend Melina Gallo on Friday.

The couple wed at the Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California in front of 120 guests, including Rzeznik's bandmates, family and friends.

"The whole thing was just about family and friends. It was really beautiful and romantic," the singer told People magazine.

The couple, who have been dating since 2005, are planning a honeymoon in Europe once the band's tour is completed this fall.

The singer also says he's anxious to start a family.

The Goo Goo Dolls frontman Johnny Rzeznik is engaged.

The Slide hit-maker recently proposed to his girlfriend of eight years, Melina Gallo.

The couple met at a New York City record store signing and now plan to wed over the summer.

Speaking to CNN.com before performing at President Barack Obama's Creative Coalition Inaugural Ball in Washington, D.C. on Monday, he said, "I'm getting married in July, and I'm looking forward to that. It was one of those situations like, 'I'm not going anywhere. Grow up, get married, have a good time.' So that's what we're doing."

So Alexis Grace is in the audience next to Jason Castro. Are they dating? C'mon, I can sing off-key too! Of course, I'll never have that hair.
