| I just bought another C.D. called Diamond Dave. But I think that there was only one song on the album that was any good and that was Ice Cream Man. That song sounded just like Dave, it was cute and sexy, and that is his style, a little funny a little lewd, and very well done. I am going to listen to the whole C.D. again and try to pick up more nuances. I have ordered more C.D.'s by Roth, because he is truly entertaining. | ||

| I love Starpulse, and David Lee Roth. I like his style and I think he is talented. I like Starpulse, because you let me comment. David lee Roth can move his body in a lot of different directions, and he has a way with words. Even when he is cursing you out, he makes sense, and you can see his sense of humor. I really like Just a gigolo, and the video was great. | ||

| David Lee Roth is still the one. His pictures of the concert look really great, and he seems to be in good shape. He seems to be singing his heart out, and quite serious about his performance. He is really an entertainer. Eddie is doing a pretty good job at guitar playing as well. | ||

| The tables have been turned...Edward is the total focus of this current tour.I saw them opening night in Charlotte. Interestingly enough They were great! However after reviewing (Youtube David lee roth2002)He was then ten times more energetic in his 2002 tour. He seems somewhat reserved and subdued in this current tour. I would not put it past Edward that he made Dave sign a ridicoulous contract to not steal the show. Do your own you youtube research. To me it is plain as day . He is my favorite all time performer. It just seems odd. | ||

| Yep, I believe Eddie prefers his son to Michael Anthony, and that is how he should be.I am a litttle tired of the debate concerning Michael Anthony and Wolfgang. I think Eddie made the right decision, and Michael Anthonly will somehow survive this. I think they should all be friends. Eddiehas had somany bad things happen to him, I really feel for the guy, and hope he heals emotionally also, for what he has beeen through. David Lee Roth is so fine - I wish he were mine, that handsome boy over there the one with a wave in his hair. | ||

I think its a awsom dream that finally turned into a reality having david lee roth return as vanhalens frontman I thank eddie and dave for putting differences aside I love them both I give sammy hagar credit for his work in vanhalen both did a great job as lead singer however I,m a bigger david lee roth fan and I tried not to take sides on the vanhalen vanhagar war however I feel I must speak up now eddie vanhalen has a right to work with his son ive listened to the rehearsels and he has his dads talent eddie has survived cancer and has everyright to play with his son I thank david lee roth he said the boy is amazing at the vanhalen press confrence giving wolfgang credit for his talent i thought sammyhagar supported the idea of a david lee roth vanhalen tour as he had stated at the rocknroll hall of fame now he is saying that them touring with david lee roth is a mistake after they have soldout every concert with 20,000 fans expressing approval of the new band lineup sammyhagar is jelous of the new band and touring lineup and is trying to sabatoge it because he thought it would never really happen and now that it has hes badmouthing it message for sammy I think your talented and a great musican however dont interfer with this and I speak for millions of vanhalen fans out there who have waited like me well over 20 yrs for eddie and dave to play rocknroll together on stage deserve this dont bad mouth the tour making predictions as fans we want it to last and we deserve that | ||

| Dave is so talented that he has peoplej jeleous of him,who criticize him. He has a real nack for speaking the truth in love. I don't think David Lee Roth is crass or crude, although many of his adversaries have poor command of the English language, and try to attain to his zippy style by using four letter words, justifying their stance claiming (How sophomoric) that others speak this way also. Dave is talented, no one can deny that, in my opinion. He has good taste in music, and wants quality feedback.Thank God someone can tell it like it is. As Dave has gotten older, his life has more meaning, and he persists in what is good in music, so his style has improved. I don't like David in button down shirts, and his hair is too short, but his voice sounds good , and he can still jump. I was not surprsed by the great reviews he got in Charlotte, he deserved them. He has lots of energy waiting to be channeled to optimize his act. He truly is fascinating. | ||

Dave is rather handsome and bawdy, He has combined a vibrant personality, with masculinity. Why does he keep singing about being alone? "I ain't got nobody". When he has the pick of whoever he wants? Yes he is cute and funny as he stated in sensible shoes, Maybe that i(sensible shoes) is all he needs, because he has everything else. There are several reasons I love David Lee Roth; 1) how he got where he is, being truthful about feelings 2) telling the truth in a manner others can appreciate 3) he is talented and can do a lot with his voice 4) He is entertaining, and catches us up in the moment 5) He is well-rounded and can do many things 6)he is a real character with lots of personality that shines through in his music even when he focuses on sex alone 6) he has good taste because he loves beautiful women (ha!) (7) He loves the limelight, the attention and showing off ; he is perfectly normal. Sammy Hagar is in competition with Dave, Why would Sammy Hagar say anything nice about his rival? But Dave did more music with Van Halen and on his own that sounded good to me. Yes I could almost hear the angels sing with his relating musically the poignancy of the male species. | ||

| I think D.L.R. is great, and Sammy Hagar is jealous. What do you expect Sammy Hagar to say or do? He advertises for Cabo Wabo in his music. Hearing Wolfgang play may be very good, I am sure he will be adequate and if he has the same genes as Eddie, he will be very excruciatingly cute. Hagar is in competition with Roth and Roth and Eddie are just a little better combination. Wolfgang may also be better than Michael Anthony, although he is very young, He still has his baby fat. - adorable. But remember his father is his teacher, and he couldn't have a better teacher. Eddie has had a very tough medical history,but then again, so have I, and I say to him You got to role with the punches. David Lee, I love the way you did The Full Bug. I will remember when i follow through that bending over is in the plan - ha! Love it! Especially his dark chuckle after the statement! I also really love several other songs you did that were more spiritual. I wish I could meet you, but then again you already know what I would say, You are the greatest, and I love everything you ever put on C.D. and D.V.D. So what else is new? Ignore comments from Hagar, and Wolfie may actually turn out good. I think Dave will be hard on him, but I think that is to be expected. Dave I think you are wonderful and I appreciate your high standards of what is acceptable. Love to all - D.L.S. | ||

| I think David Lee Roth is really great. I love his personality, and sense of humor, his music, and what he has done with Van Halen and on his own. I like his mentality and his focus on the female species. He seems really healthy and couragoeus to bring to light all the subliminal messages. I jsut love him and I can't exactly explain it; it msut just be his style, however you define it. | ||

| The videos of the practice session shows a very energetic Dave, He has a marvelous spirit. Who would dare want to bring him down? I look forward to seeing him perform second hand on video. I am still following the concerts. because their music is fantastic, and for some reason I am hooked on David Lee Roth, and Van Halen. I think it is the way they talk or sing about the taboo of sex, and make it blatant in a courageous way: sounds wonderful. I am thankful I have both eyes and ears, because the total effect is magnificent. Watching them perform, even if I get it only from video, second hand is still great. By the way why can't I love David Lee Roth, without hating Sammy Hagar? Can't you love both and prefer one? Roth made Van Halen Great, Sammy Hagar was riding the wave. Eddie is a musical Genius, and Dave is a superb performer actor and singer. Thanks to whoever sends the video tracks onto my computer,, I really appreciate seeing them | ||

I just bought another Van Halen C.D.and I miss Roth on it. I do admit that Hagar is good too though, but not quite the same zippy style. As of present, I think I prefer Roth to Hagar, because he has done more songs that sound like he is actually pouring out his soul and is honest about sexuality and relatinships. Hagar is more low key, but I do like everything he didi with Van Halen. I don't quite know why, but Roth seems to be more intense, more natural and fun-loving. Just why he would be more sexual , I don't know, but I suppose my heart will change with my moods, and there really ain't no accountin' for taste! I really Love D.L.R. because he makes me smile inside. | ||

| What David Lee Roth lacks in good looks, and that isn't very much even with age, he more than makes up for with talent and personality. What a character, he seems very cuddly. I like his sense of humor, and that he has so many diverse interests and/or that he is so well-rounded.Where does he get some of his material? I guess Eddie Van Halen is a genius, or some one is guiding him into dynamite story-telling.How can anyone keep up with him? Oh, come on, who would not want to be Mrs. David Lee Roth? There are fewer who don't than those who do.Yes we all get older with Dave and Eddie, and band, so remember, if you don't grow old, you are going to die young!
