Daniel Powter's 'Bad Day' Tops One-Hit Wonder Poll
Daniel Powter's Bad Day has beaten out You're Beautiful by James Blunt to claim the top spot on a new one-hit wonders poll.
The catchy tune became an international smash when it was released and it went on to become the most successful single of 2006, according to Billboard magazine.
However, Powter has failed to repeat the feat with his follow-up singles, and has been absent from the U.S. Hot 100 chart ever since.
Billboard bosses also named one-off hits by Terror Squad, Eiffel 65, Gnarls Barkley and Crazy Town on their list of the biggest one-off tunes of the past decade.
