The 10 Most Powerful Frontmen In Heavy Metal And Hard Rock
Amazing performers, distinctive voices, memorable style and working with a ‘metal’ band (not hard rock, grunge, punk or hardcore); these are the criteria for becoming one of the ten most powerful frontmen in heavy metal and hard rock. These performers not only lead their band on stage, they command a presence that is undeniable to fans who have been lucky enough to catch them live. Some are no longer here, some are a little long in the tooth, but their contribution to their genre will always be felt.

Led Zeppelin, Robert Plant
Robert Plant has sparked new hopes that a Led Zeppelin reunion is possible next year, by saying he has "nothing to do in 2014".

Zeppelin regrouped for a one-off concert in 2007 -- a tribute to music producer Ahmet Ertegun held at London's O2 Arena, and perhaps the hottest concert ticked ever.

The band released the show on Blu-ray and DVD last fall, onc...

Reteaming for a press conference in London last month, the bandmates seemed a little irked that the reu...
