Gone but not forgotten. Another great classic rock British singer who left us too soon. A perfect gentleman he was. Was always sharp in his dressing, his videos, and his music. RIP Robert. You have gone to be with the best of our best who have left us too. God be with you.

Addicted to love n simply irresistable r the only songs i've heard him sing but their both great i luv em he looked sort of like a gentleman but he was really a bad boy who loved 2 drink! ~R.I.P~ ROBERT PALMER!

Although Robert (Alan) Palmer explored maybe a bit too many musical directions for me to love all his work, listening recently to a double CD with the highlights of his career made me realize he was more than just good looks & taste à la Brian Ferry ("The Cary Grants of music"). He really made quite a number of very classy songs. My absolute favorite remains "Best of both worlds" which is exactly the kind of song one likes to hum in the supermarket or in one's car when feeling in a good mood... So sad he died too young, I wonder what gems he would have been able to add to his Best Of collection, should he not have met his end in 2003 somewhere in Paris. Thanks for the good music, Robert !
