Singer Lady Gaga and hit TV shows Grey's Anatomy and Glee are leading the way at this year's Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation's (GLAAD) Media Awards. The Poker Face hit-maker is nominated for Outstanding Music Artist, alongside Adam Lambert, The Gossip, Brandi Carlile and Otep.

Grey's Anatomy will go up against True Blood, Skins, Mad Men and Brothers And Sisters for Outstanding Drama Series, while Glee will battle it out with Modern Family, Beautiful People, Greek, and United States Of Tara for Outstanding Comedy Series.

Shadows Fall Set Spring Tour

Shadows Fall
Atlantic recording group and two-time Grammy nominees Shadows Fall have unveiled details for their upcoming spring tour, a two-week jaunt that will see the band playing fourteen shows in as many days. The headlining trek kicks off on April 13th at Buffalo, NY's Showplace theater and winds its way through the eastern half of the country, wrapping up on April 25th at Towson, MD's Recher theater. Support on all dates comes courtesy of Katakylsm, The Showdown, Arsis, and Droid.

Otep Announces U.S. Tour Dates To Coincide With Release Of New Album

Otep have just started their U.S. tour dates in support of the just released third album The Ascension. The band enlisted producer Dave Fortman (Mudvayne, Evanescence) for the record and also called on Grammy nominated guitarist Greg Tribbett (Mudvayne, Hellyeah) to co-write three songs.

Otep are currently working on the videos for two songs from the album, "Confrontation" and "Breed," to be directed by P.R. Brown (Smashing Pumpkins, James Blunt).
