Frank Ocean is hard at work on the follow-up album to the award-winning Channel Orange.

Ocean posted a photo of himself working in a studio to his official Tumblr page. The photographer, Nabil, later shared the same photo on Instagram with the caption, "Frank in the lab.. Making sophomore album game."

Frank Ocean has canceled the remaining dates of his tour Down Under after suffering a tear to one of his vocal cords.

On Thursday night, the R&B singer launched his series of shows in Melbourne, however he battled throat problems throughout his first performance, and sought medical help as soon as he stepped off stage.

The 25 year-old singer was diagnosed with a vocal cord tear and he has axed the rest of his Australian tour, including planned performances in Sydney and at the Splendour in the Grass music festival.

A songwriter is suing Frank Ocean over his track "Lost." Micah Otano claims he collaborated with producer Malay to write "Daylight," but never received credit for his work when it was allegedly renamed and included on the Grammy winner's debut studio album, "Channel Orange."

In the official incident report filed by L.A. police, Frank Ocean claims he was threatened by Chris Brown and called a gay slur.

The documentation was written on the information Ocean gave to police when they arrived following a brawl over a parking space between his and Chris Brown's posse.
