The full extent of former New Found Glory guitarist Steve Klein's legal woes have been revealed in the release of his December (13) arraignment papers.

Klein was arraigned on multiple felony charges related to possession of child pornography and lewd acts and pleaded not guilty.

Now, a week before his next scheduled court appearance in San Luis Obispo Superior Court in California on 20 March (14), Idobi.com has obtained details of his alleged crimes.

New Found Glory guitarist Steve Klein has been booted out of the band due to "personal differences" with the rest of the group.

The announcement that Klein, the band's primary lyricist and founding member, has left the rock group came on Wednesday (11Dec13).

New Found Glory star Chad Gilbert is recovering after he was electrocuted onstage during a performance in California on Wednesday night.

The group was recording its first live album at Anaheim's Chain Reaction when the singer collapsed onstage. Faulty wiring in his microphone has been listed as the cause of the drama. Gilbert was hospitalized as a precaution, but he has since been released and he plans to continue performing with the group on Thursday night.

Rockers Sum 41 have pulled out of a joint tour with New Found Glory because of frontman Deryck Whibley's bad back.

The Fat Lip hit-makers were due to head out on the road for 11 co-headline gigs with their fellow rockers in the U.K. next month but they've been forced to cancel their slot over Whibley's ailment.

They will be replaced on the tour by The Blackout.

British rocker Frank Carter was tattooed live on stage during his band Gallows' performance at the Reading Festival on Sunday.

Midway through his set, Carter announced to the crowd: "This has been the best gig of my life - I don't want to forget it. But in half an hour I won't be able to remember a f**king thing, so I'm going to get a tattoo."

Chad Gilbert, the guitarist in the rock band New Found Glory then walked on stage with a tattoo gun and etched a design onto Carter's arm. Speaking after his set, Carter revealed: "That tattoo hurt like f**king hell."

Police in Indiana seized marijuana and illegal mushrooms in a raid on New Found Glory's tour bus. The band's roadie was arrested after the drug bust in Indianapolis on August 1 and later charged with possession - but band members were allowed to go free.

New Found Glory are currently midway through a tour of the U.S. and have scheduled two festival dates in England.
