NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Bon Jovi will rock the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival for the first time this year, returning to Louisiana after donating $1 million in 2005

Spirits In The Material World brings together a mix of legendary reggae and rock artists to create a stunning set of strong new reggae versions of Police songs, both signature hits and fan-favorite album tracks.

Four-time Grammy Award winner Aaron Neville will appear on the daytime drama, The Young And The Restless, Friday, Oct. 27 on CBS. Neville, a longtime fan of Y&R, will perform at the opening of Neil Winters' (Kristoff St. John) new club, Indigo, where he will sing "Stand By Me" and "Ain't No Sunshine," from his new album, Bring It On Home ...The Soul Classics.

On August 22, 2006, Rhino Entertainment, in association with MSG Entertainment, will release a double disc DVD of the landmark Katrina benefit concert, "From The Big Apple To The Big Easy: The Concert For New Orleans," which was held on September 20th, 2005 at Madison Square Garden to support the long-term relief and rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Katrina. As the one-year anniversary of the disaster approaches (August 29), Rhino Entertainment and MSGE invite you to bring home the DVD of the live concert performance that has touched so many lives.

Dave Matthews Band announced today that it has issued a $1.5 million challenge grant to help build the New Orleans Habitat Musicians' Village. The Village is a Habitat for Humanity project that seeks to build more than 300 homes in the city's Upper Ninth Ward with musicians and other New Orleanians who were displaced by Hurricane Katrina.

Superfly Productions and A.C. Entertainment are proud to announce the initial lineup for the 2006 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival. The fifth annual three-day camping and music festival will be held on June 16-18, 2006, on the same 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee, 60 miles south of Nashville. Major acts this year include Radiohead, Beck, Tom Petty and Phil Lesh. A list of confirmed acts follows, with more to be announced in the weeks ahead to round out the festival's 80-plus acts.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation today announced its 2006 Inductees. This year's class includes Black Sabbath, Blondie, Miles Davis, Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Sex Pistols, plus the Lifetime Achievement Award going to Herb Alpert & Jerry Moss.
