Country music legend Willie Nelson scrapped an appearance at a fundraiser in Colorado on Sunday after he was taken to the hospital.
The 79 year old was due to go to the Dumb Friends League event at the Castle Pines Village in Denver but pulled out after suffering breathing problems due to emphysema.
He was taken to a nearby hospital for checks, according to TMZ.com.
A rep for the event told the crowd that Nelson was "suffering from breathing problems due to the high altitude and emphysema."
