Q & A With Riggs of 'Scum of the Earth'
After dropping out of high school at seventeen, Riggs left his small town and began a career as a guitar player, eventually joining Rob Zombie and later forming his own band Scum of the Earth. Riggs probably never expected to end up back in the small town he grew up in, but that's exactly where he's living now.
